I realize I've done a bad job on educating everyone on what working with a trainer in person SHOULD be like. I've done a good job of saying "not all trainers are created equal"- but other than that, I haven't shed enough light on what it should actually be like.

While this episode is biased, there is a ton of info in there that you should consider prior to hiring an in-person trainer.

And it's important to note- that a GOOD trainer might just be starting out- in which case, she is still learning. I wasn't *always* in tune with the things I talk about in this episode- and without enough time and exposure under my belt, I never would have gotten to where I am today. So, if you're a trainer just starting out- you're supposed to be new at this! I hope this sets the tone for you to want to continue to strive for more.
