I got a stupid electric toothbrush earlier this year. I don't prefer it, but I use it to carve out at least 4 minutes of presence each day. Sounds silly, but I have a bunch of little moments like these that I turn towards whenever I can, originally inspired by a book I read while staying at a tiny cabin back in 2021.
