This is an impromptu episode- but it is SO important to me!
Pay no mind to the infographics you will see all over social media that tell us how many calories we need to burn off in order to eat whatever piece of candy we want.
In this episode, we briefly cover the surface about how to pave the way for guilt-free eating, devoid of the diet mentality. Want some Halloween candy? Go for it. But, do so mindfully and without guilt while still inching closer to your goals. Win-win.
