What's the most overlooked and ignored component on the quest to
the most confident, strong, and badass lifestyle?
Sorry to ruin the surprise, but: it's the way in which we speak to
ourselves.
How you talk to yourself determines whether or not you will succeed
in the long haul. It determines how you feel- will you feel like a
strong badass women the next time you step in the gym? Or a
self-hatred-filled, guilty, anxious shell of your highest potential
self? Think about it.
