I'm telling you- I get weirder and weirder with each passing
episode. And I liiiike it!
Today, we're talking about intrinsic vs. extrinsic motivation, and
which one you NEED in order to be able to adopt a healthy lifestyle
once and for all.

There
are NUMEROUS studies out there that also support the fact that
exercise has been proven to help reduce anxiety and depression.
