Instagram Reels.... the 15 second video clip feature causing the most anxiety and dread in my DMs over the past few weeks.

In today's episode, I'm breaking down why Instagram is such a powerful social media tool and why you should consider using most (if not all) of its offered features.

When Instagram puts something front and center on its app, it's essentially telling you "we think this is important- use it!"

So many online business owners are taking the rapid changes and additions to social media personally. I hate to break it to you, but welcome to online business. The internet world changes quickly, and it will never stop changing. While you do not have to keep up with every single new trend out there, it's important for you to decide what makes the most sense for you, what's worth exploring, and what's worth working around or ignoring completely.

But when the Instagram app slaps Reels dead front and center on its app- they're serving you it's importance on a silver platter.

If you knew that using IG reels could expand your reach, impact, and influence, are you still willing to throw a tantrum about it and not use them? This is a choice. And it's a fine choice, but you have to own your choices no matter what. You have to be reel (LOL) with yourself. Taking responsibility for your business would sound less like "ugh. This is so annoying! I am not doing this!" and more like: "I am choosing to not do IG reels and I'm totally OK with whatever implications come with that."

Am I promising you anything massive if you decide to start experimenting with IG reels? No. Of course not. But what's the alternative?

The alternative is that you never tried, therefore, you'll never know.

Truly, what do you have to lose?

This episode also breaks down some of the questions I've been getting about reels.

Do you have to dance? Do you have to point? Do they have to be funny? Do you have to post one every single day? What's the best strategy for approaching reels?

Tune in to hear all about it :)
