If you've followed me for any length of time- you'll know that I don't preach extreme.

If any one diet has a protocol that says "Eat this, not that", I'm out. 
If any one diet has a protocol that says "here is what you CAN eat, here is what you CANNOT eat", I'm out. 

Once the dial is turned too far from center- it's a red flag that it's too extreme- will likely lead to a poor relationship with food, binge eating episodes, and although it may lead to insane weight loss at first- your chances of keeping it off forever are slim to none. 

This is why creating healthy, sustainable, and ENJOYABLE habits are the key to losing weight, without losing your mind, once and for all.

In this episode, I interview one of my life long friends, and have her recall her journey through a few insane diets that she tried.
