We aren't born hating our body. And we aren't born inherently fearing fat. Yet, 54% of women (in 2013, no less. I think think this number is higher now FOR SURE) said they would rather be hit by a truck than get fat.

Where does this association that being fat or even having fat is bad? And that having as little body fat as possible is ideal?
