No matter what you're working on or what your goal is, there is a specific metric that you're "SUPPOSED" to be focusing on.

In the online business space, there are all of these metrics that you're "SUPPOSED" to look at: engagement, downloads, conversion rates, open rates, website traffic... the list goes on and on.

In the weight loss world, you're supposed to be focusing on the scale.

In the running world, it's distance or times.

In the powerlifting world, it's kilograms.

But what if the thing that you've been told you're SUPPOSED to be focusing on is discouraging you? What if you're missing the boat on the myriad of other things that you COULD be focusing on that help you feel invigorated and inspired?

Sometimes, the things we've been focusing on causes us to miss the forest for the trees.

In today's episode, I talk about how I literally stopped focusing on all the things I was told I was SUPPOSED to focus on. You'll have to tune in to see if it made a difference or not ;)
