Do you REALLY think you're overweight because of Thanksgiving?
Do you TRULY believe you still have 20+ pounds to lose because each
year you overeat just on Thanksgiving? This is a year round issue,
my friends.
I, for one, am exhausted by the amount of crap all over the place
about how to handle the Holidays. Eat this, not that.
Do this, not that.
Listen here: you and your loved ones will all die someday. If you
want to miss out on experiencing the food around your Thanksgiving
table tomorrow, so be it. For me, trying to lose an extra pound or
two right now pales in comparison to the importance of enjoying a
Holiday, filled with homemade food that was cooked with love, and
sharing it around a table with the people who mean the most to
me.
The quest to help as many women as possible end their fight with
food is just beginning. There is a lot of work to be done. If
you're experiencing anxiety or already anticipating guilt about
tomorrow- this one's for you.
