"I'm gaining weight... so, I'm going to start eating a smaller
lunch."
Woof. We lose a lot of common sense when we start chasing weight
loss. In this episode, I talk about the idea of thinking we need to
eat a smaller lunch, or smaller breakfast and how it's likely
problematic.
