I totally screw up in this episode and start saying "4 things you need"- but, it's FIVE THINGS- & we're here, I'm not perfect, and it's all good, so we're keeping it.

This is such an exciting (and nerve wracking) episode for me to release- it's almost like an entire identity crisis.
