If given the choice, should you sleep-in or workout?
The answer: it depends.
Even I'm guilty of not addressing the importance of sleep often
enough, but it really is a topic that's almost always
overlooked.
An overabundance of stress inside the body is literally THE THING
that breeds disease. Chronic stress will kill you faster than
anything. So what does sleeping and exercise have to do with it?
Almost everything.
We're all currently living inside of a society that idolizes busy,
stressed, and exhausted go-getters, which makes this topic even
harder to navigate.
But trust me, you'll want to listen to this one so that you can
decide when you should be hitting snooze and when you should be
hitting the gym.
